To permanently delete your account, send an email to accounts@canopy.tel with the subject line "Delete Account", and briefly explain your request in the body of the email.

We do not maintain copies of user activity data, only Account information. These fields are: email address, username, phone number, password, and volume of record types, without any copies of app records.
